Thomas Kim, Founder and Chief Executive Officer - tom.kim@capital-processing.com   Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Thomas comes from an extensive entrepreneurial background coupled with a successful career in financial management.  After a successful career with Morgan Stanley in which he focused on establishing and overseeing corporate retirement plans and pension plan management, he founded a company, TYK Global Ventures, that invested in small businesses in the franchising industry.  He successfully sold his company in 2004 and founded Capital Processing International Inc..  Thomas serves on the Board of Directors for The Asian-American Job Training Center, a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, CA assisting minority groups with job training and development skills and to successfully obtain a working career in the United States.  Thomas is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he received his B.S. in Business Administration majoring in both International Business and Management Information Systems.     Lee Byrd, Chief Technology Officer - lee.byrd@capital-processing.com As an enterprise class software architect and developer, Lee Byrd has spent the last fourteen years working with startups to Fortune 500 companies, bringing new ideas to life and legacy systems up to date. Some of his recent work includes a lead architect and developer position with the ToolWatch Corporation. Lee and his team were in charge of building a world class distributed software offering, utilizing RFID, GSP and Bar Codes to replace an outdated system being used by over 10,000 users in 20 countries. As an entrepreneur, Lee has also enjoyed working with startups and recently completed a suite of applications for SYM NOW, a mobile text message based marketing company. Lee constantly excels at utilizing cutting edge technologies to solve real world problems and will continue to do so for Capital Processing International.     Deion Kim, Chief Marketing Director -  deion.kim@capital-processing.com  As an Art Institute of Pittsburgh graduate with a B.S. in Graphic Design, Deion understands the importance of presenting a good image for established businesses through design, marketing and advertising.  One of his earlier accomplishments was working directly with the Art Director at Image Media Services in McLean, Virginia, where he created substantial marketing material for the Pentagon and assisting with the production of the 2003 U.S. Census Bureau.  Deion has also worked closely with The Heinz History Museum in Pittsburgh, PA conceptualizing display showcases and print design. Prior to joining Capital Processing International, Deion has created numerous logos, designs and layouts for a promotional marketing company.  Deion has worked with numerous clients in Health, Education, Entertainment, Financial, Fitness and Martial Arts industries.
